Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership roles at firms like Kohler, Toll Brothers, and KSI. As founder and Principal of Structure Professionals, he leads with both precision and a client-first mindset — focusing on safe, economical, constructable, and code-compliant solutions. A licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina, Patrick specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial structures, including historic restorations and retrofit projects.
Patrick J. Duffy, P.E.
Founder & Principal Engineer
A fourth-generation ironworker, Dane grew up working on job sites and supporting commercial construction projects across the Philadelphia area. With a BS in Engineering from Temple University and hands-on experience at Stein Steel, Dane bridges the gap between field operations and design documentation. He excels at project management, inspections, and translating structural plans into constructable solutions.

Harshit brings deep technical knowledge in structural systems, with a Master’s in Structural Engineering Design from CEPT University. He has extensive experience across high-seismic regions and has delivered reinforced concrete and steel designs for everything from bridges and culverts to residential towers and industrial facilities. Harshit is highly proficient in TEKLA, RAM, RISA, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD, and more — offering detailed structural modeling, analysis, and CAD design for steel fabricators, builders, and architects.
